Very tasty ice cream on our bike tours on the Ruhr Valley Trail is always worth a break

The way people react to criticism is disrespectful and irrelevant. The customers are served and should bring hamburgers from McDonalds to their next visit. You have to steer clear of this location. It is incomprehensible how such restaurateurs stick to a promenade. Here the owners are working on their own damage to their image.

We were yelled at by the waiter there today for laughing. He assumed we were going to laugh at him, which of course we didn't; why also? He had never experienced anything like this in the 21 years that he has already worked there. Besides, the ice cream didn't taste that good either. All in all a gross disappointment and definitely not a recommendation!

Large portions of ice cream, in terms of taste like the usual average in an ice cream parlor. We were served nicely. Very positive: The Corona Pandemic Ordinance is handled very correctly here! Unfortunately, this is not the case everywhere and suggests that some companies are dealing with the hygiene guidelines in the same way!
